Because you are a patient at St Lawrence we would like your opinion or help in any way you think you can help.

Some patients already help to:-

  • Provide the patient perspective when the surgery needs to make changes to services or when a new service is being thought about.
  • Organize specific events, groups and activities for patients.
  • Raise funds for the provision and maintenance of equipment not normally available from statutory or Practice funds
  • Liaise with other patient support groups locally and nationally to share our ideas and learn from their successes.
  • Post Pandemic we need your opinion and help to make the improvements and create the activities you want from St Lawrence in the future.
  • Working mum or dad, student, full time employee, retired etc - you’re just who we are looking for. From volunteering at clinics, organising or inventing activities and fundraising we can use your skills however much or little time you have.
  • The PPG has a team that co-ordinates larger activities and runs the paperwork with a chair, secretary, & treasurer so if you’re big on planning/marketing/managing then this might be the spot for you

If you want to influence and add to how our surgery moves forward post pandemic please email Jo Wadey
