Some patients already help to:-

Provide the patient perspective when the surgery needs to make changes to services or when a new service is being thought about.
Organize specific events, groups and activities for patients.
Raise funds for the provision and maintenance of equipment not normally available from statutory or Practice funds
Liaise with other patient support groups locally and nationally to share our ideas and learn from their successes.
Post Pandemic we need your opinion and help to make the improvements and create the activities you want from St Lawrence in the future.
Working mum or dad, student, full time employee, retired etc - you’re just who we are looking for. From volunteering at clinics, organising or inventing activities and fundraising we can use your skills however much or little time you have.
The PPG has a team that co-ordinates larger activities and runs the paperwork with a chair, secretary, & treasurer so if you’re big on planning/marketing/managing then this might be the spot for you
