Practice overview
Worthing is a vibrant seaside town on the West Sussex coast, with excellent local amenities and transport links.
Our practice serves a diverse patient population, including a significant number of older patients and individuals living with long-term and complex health conditions. Care is delivered by a dedicated team of experienced GP Partners, supported by a highly skilled multidisciplinary clinical and administrative workforce.
We use EMIS Web to maintain secure electronic patient records, with external clinical correspondence managed through Docman. As part of our commitment to continuous improvement and innovation, we are also beginning to implement approved artificial intelligence (AI) tools where appropriate, in line with NHS guidance, governance requirements, information governance standards, and patient safety considerations. These technologies are being introduced to support administrative efficiency and enhance patient care while ensuring robust oversight and compliance.
Our ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional healthcare has been recognised by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), which rated the practice as 'Outstanding' again in 2022.

We maintain strong links with local schools, colleges, and care homes, enabling us to provide effective support to vulnerable members of the community.
