eConsult Availability Update

Due to the overwhelming demand for eConsults and feedback from our patients, we’d like to remind you that you can still ring the surgery to book an appointment.

We aim to keep our eConsult service open all day, but if we reach capacity, we may need to close it earlier than planned.
If eConsults are temporarily closed, please call the surgery, or consider using NHS 111 or your local pharmacy for advice and support.

Help us manage demand safely and fairly

Please submit only one eConsult per person per day.

If you have more than one health concern, please include all of them in the same eConsult form where possible — this helps our clinicians see the full picture and provide the best care for you.
Submitting multiple eConsults for the same person on the same day may delay our response, as it creates duplicate requests in our system.

What is eConsult?

eConsult enables NHS based GP practices to offer online consultations to their patients. This allows patients to submit their symptoms or requests to their own GP electronically, and offers around the clock NHS self-help information, signposting to services, and a symptom checker.
