We are struggling now with the winter bugs that are flooding our phones with coughs/colds/chesty symptoms.

Many of these patients have not tried to go to the local pharmacy, or try paracetamol, rest and fluids first.
Some days we have reached our maximum capacity to be able to deliver safe care.
