We are delighted to inform you that we have achieved a gold award in the pride in practice accreditation. We also now offer annual health and wellbeing checks for eligible patients with our specialist nurse practitioner.

  • You will be contacted by text to invite you for one of these checks
  • You may also want to update your record with information about you so we can provide you with the right care.

What is a health and wellbeing review?

A health and wellbeing review is an opportunity to discuss any current issues you may have that relate to your physical, mental and sexual health. This is an annual review and you will receive an invite to make an appointment with a Nurse Practitioner who is clinically trained in approaching your needs. You are free to speak to them at your own discretion and do not need to discuss anything you are not comfortable with.

What is our aim?

Our aim is to build a relationship with you to the point where you feel comfortable approaching the surgery with any specific needs you may have, and to create an environment you feel safe in.

How this is helpful to the practice?

This helps the surgery to learn from your experiences and helps us better approach your individual needs by creating a safer environment and easier access to our services.
